yes - right try writing it using these given dates for A=24 so than how will be ?
so than there is w=(2n-2)-3 and l=2n how will be formula for area in this case ?
in this case A = 2n*(2n-5) 24 = 4n^2 -10n 4n^2 -10n -24 =0 divide both sides by 2 2n^2 -5n -12 =0 do you can solving this quadratic please ?

dear @AloneS for n=-3/2 do you think it really true that in case of geometry a length side can being minus how many ? so i think not possibile than remain n=4 so in this case for n=4 how will get these lengths of sides please ?
