Maybe she can help

OpenStudy (aloharobbo):

This is a polynomial long division problem. a(x)/b(x) = q(x)+r(x)/b(x). q(x) is the quotient, and r(x) is the remainder. The technique is just like numeric long division, but instead of each column representing a power of 10, each column is a power of the variable x.
