Many years ago people came together to form a nation, and now a war takes place there. The founders of the nation could not agree on how to best organize it, so war began. The speaker and listeners have decided to gather on this site to honor the memory of others.

The government of the nation will surely fall unless the next battle in the war is won. The revolution in the country has the noble goal of installing a new and fairer government. The people must not give up; they must win the war for those who have died for the cause.
