OpenStudy (rockhauler98):

can someone rephrase this in their own words plz i will fan and medal you twice Crime increased during the Victorian era because nearly everyone was poor. This made people desperate to get money for necessities such as food and shelter, so they had to steal and sometimes even kill for money or food.

OpenStudy (will.h):

you need more details about the victorian era?

OpenStudy (rockhauler98):

no i need someone to rephrase that paragraph for me

OpenStudy (will.h):

okay heres what i can do. one of the causes of increasing crimes is that some people would be desperate for food and shelter and the only way that they would get that is by doing inforbideen actions such us stealing, just like what happened during the Victorian era. Does that help?

Crime had increased during the Victorian Era, due to the poverty of the majority of the people. This made the population desperate to obtain money for necessities such as food and shelter. Some turned to thievery, some even turned to murder for food and money. It hope this is alright!
