What happened to my account?!
I already had an account called "dinorap1" and it suddenly disappeared. It won't let me log in under that username anymore, and it says that this user never existed. What the heck?! I lost everything I built up on that account... do I really have start over?

OpenStudy sure is unreliable sometimes. They need to improve something about their system. I'm guessing something happened when the site was down for awhile and my account got erased somehow?

@jigglypuff314 thank you but this is really really intersting just bc. than for Satelite73 was possibile to give back all losed - yes i know that satelite is on level GURU but this mean that this is possibile to everyone - or not ? so than this mean that all my work of 4 years has loses - why ? all my smartcents what was than i remember it right 2432 or something same number and in this way how i will can realized my new year plan - dream - that in this year i will get till the end - december - the title of honorary professor of mathematics - so how ?

this was because of the mass deletion of inactive accounts, those that didn't confirm their birthday/email, you can email them for a request to restore it and they can restore it, just be patient, now that mods and preetha are aware of your situation, we are sorry that this happened to u!
