OpenStudy (fuzzpuppy2):

What is the slope of line m? A. - 1/3 B. 1/3 C. 3 D. -3

OpenStudy (pottersheep):

So here you have two coordinates, which are: (2, 0) and (0,-6)

OpenStudy (fuzzpuppy2):

yes

OpenStudy (pottersheep):

In order to find the slope, use the formula m = (y2 - y1)/(x2-x1)

OpenStudy (fuzzpuppy2):

im not quite sure how to plug it in :/

OpenStudy (pottersheep):

(2, 0) and (0,-6) x1 = 2 , y1 = 0 x2= 0 y2= -6

OpenStudy (fuzzpuppy2):

ohhhh ok thanks!

OpenStudy (pottersheep):

Makes sense? No problem :)
