I know it has line but i dont understand how to know point and plane
I think it is just line symmetry; I am rusty but I believe plane symmetry is done with 3D figures
OpenStudy (tori1423):
So no point?
OpenStudy (kkatel222):
Well, it states that point symmetry is " pick a direction, and anything with Point Symmetry will look the same from the opposite direction, too.", so if you cut a square in any direction, will the other side still be congruent?

Yes?
OpenStudy (kkatel222):
Yes, So it would be point symmetry too
OpenStudy (tori1423):
Yes?
OpenStudy (tori1423):
Yes?
OpenStudy (kkatel222):
So we can cross off plane symmetry because it is not a 3d figure
