I didn't apply as a sophomore going to junior, just saying... XD

The typical time for applying for scholarships in my state is during the summer before senior year. I used fastweb (you can google not supposed to advertise any links on this site lol), and it's adequate since once you sign up it gives you information on numerous scholarships that you meet the criteria. They base your potential scholarships when you sign up as it has you fill in personal information and GPA etc. Fastweb has been a great help.
