Sooo this isn't related to math but i have a problem with this website. My old account was actually @Yuna123 but a problem happened to my account so it won't work! This is now my new account but does anyone know the problem?

Your account was probably deleted (in our mass delete session a while ago).
Please remake your account with that username.

The best you can do is simply start all over again, sorry.

what was this mass deletion about? were they erasing accounts that weren't that active since well when i went to Openstudy it stopped working when it was working fine the other day so i was sooooooo confused to see my account deleted! i worked sooooooo hard to get medals!

@Yuna please check this subject on openstudy feedback subtopics so there are much more questions and answers about this your above posted question - just for you see i was 99's champion level too but in may,18 my profile same with your was deleted and i begined ,started all from zero,or from level 15 same with you have now and in this way we can rebuilding our profile again,newly - hope this my words will calm yourself little - please be patient bc. have said me too WAIT !
