An essay on a refrigerator seems a little hard, so you can include a history background on refrigerators. Now for describing, talk about the brand, how many doors it has, the color, is it stainless steel? How many compartments inside? Does it have an ice machine? can  it filter water? Does it have handles? Is it only a 2 door fridge? Its obviously a large rectangular box, is it 4 feet wide? talk about the height. Do you have pictures/magnets on your fridge. Does it have separate doors to freeze food and to keep food cold? I hope this helps but good luck on your essay!:)
