OpenStudy (paystub-2):

A bag contains 3 Large Red marbles, 1 Small Red marble, 2 Large Blue marbles, 1 Small Blue marble, 1 Large Green marble and 2 Small Purple marbles. Find each probability. P(Large|red) P(blue or large)

OpenStudy (plainntall):

Probability will be the number of specified marbles/total marbles right? What is the total number of marbles? What is the total of Large Red marbles? What is the total of all large marbles plus small blue marbles? From that information can you calculate the Probability of Large Red Marbles being picked and either a Large Marble or a small blue marble being picked?

OpenStudy (paystub-2):

So what if the question was P(green and large) ?

OpenStudy (paystub-2):

@plainntall

OpenStudy (plainntall):

The problems says 1 large green marble is in the bag, if there are a total of 10 marbles in the bag then the probability of large green would be 1/10 right?

OpenStudy (plainntall):

Please check verify my work. It has been awhile. :)

OpenStudy (paystub-2):

Thank you, can you keep helping me?

OpenStudy (paystub-2):
