If you mean coloured questions like the one pictured below, that question is meant for 'qualified helpers' to answer and the questioner have used Owlbucks for it

By different colors do you mean yellow ? IF you are seeing yellow questions then those would be Qualified help questions that where ask and they will get help from a qualified helper to ask one of these questions you need to have owl bucks that you buy using pay pal .
