In the 10 oz, it is only the juice being added. All of the seltzer is in the container and going to stay there.

30% of 40 = 12, so there is 12 oz of juice. 10 more oz is added, so now you have 22 oz of juice. The whole mixture is now 40+12, or 52. You now need to find what 30 of 52 oz is in percent.

100*30/52=57.6923076923% I think this is what you're looking for... you may want to round it to 57.7% or something.
