replace *b* with 7 
and then there is *-* negative sign between 10 and 7 that means subtract

you're wasting your time by just waiting for the answer.
if you know how to solve this question then you will be able to solve other 10 questions in 10 minutes. on the other hand... you have to wait 30 minutes or maybe more than  for the answer.
