Find the volume of the following cylinder using its net. 36.26 yd 3 64.52 yd 3 3.53 yd 3 226.08 yd 3 https://gyazo.com/bded1a984d7cad3fa0795a3014a662c8
@jtug6
that doesnt look like a cylinder to me haha
woops wrong one
Ok so first things first whats the volume formula of a cylinder?
V = π r 2 h
right now we're given the area of the circles because we have squared yards. so we also need to know the formula of the area of a circle to find out what the radius is. of course the area of a circle is just A = pi * r^2 so solve for r and then use that in the formula for the volume since it also contains the radius
would pi times radius be 12.56? im just learing this, im in the 7th grade
nvm my teacher just sent me a video on how to do it tx for the help!
