OpenStudy (steve816):

Sorry to invade you guys in chemistry, but is putting ice in water endothermic or exothermic?

OpenStudy (daniellelovee):

exo means out and endo means in therefore exo=get out heat endo=get in heat and the ice is taking all the heat from the water which is obviously hotter than the ice because it is in liquid form or else it would be ice
