i already gave you the answer lol but i got in trouble for it so ill try to explain.
I'm sorry if this isn't accurate I'm not that familiar with american history.
the main focus was to build a better and stronger military then i believe and while the fathers were away at war, and immense amount of babies were born,
so i think that the immense number of newborns would be promising for the future military.
