OpenStudy (ishipdestiel):

Could anyone help describe the difference in constitutional monarch and a absolute monarchy? Like which has Kings and Queens and which is presidents. Thank you

OpenStudy (zaraxx):

"A constitutional monarchy is a form of government established under a constitutional system which acknowledges an elected or hereditary monarch as head of state, as opposed to an absolute monarchy, where the monarch is not bound by a constitution and is the sole source of political power.” hope this helps !!

OpenStudy (ishipdestiel):

I only really understand the first part ~which is basicallly kings and queens type stuff right?~ but I'm not sure what the absolute monarchy means
