Would someone be willing to read over my introduction paragraph for an essay on weather a PSA would prevent distracted driving?

Many people will argue that each person makes their own choice when they get behind the wheel, and that choice is whether to drive distracted or not. They will tell you that no one can change a person’s mind, and that a Public Service Announcement would definitely do nothing to prevent accidents caused by distracted driving. However, this essay will stand to prove that a PSA would help decrease the number of accidents by even a few, and will be worth advertising. Having a PSA air nationally would stir up many emotions in the audience- sadness, anger, loss, regret, perhaps even sorrow. Advertisements on Distracted Driving bring to light the dangers many people would never think of on their own. Take these scenarios into account:
