OpenStudy (amtran_bus):

If 0<x<1 and 0<y<1 Is 3^x or Y^3 larger?

OpenStudy (amtran_bus):

So I interpret that as x&y cannot be 0 or 1, but somewhere between. Can I just plug .5 in?

OpenStudy (sweetburger):

yes

OpenStudy (amtran_bus):

I mean, that means 3^x is larger. I guess I just forgot what happens when you raise something to a power less than 1.

OpenStudy (sweetburger):

It has to hold true.
