Perception

Trees flow, leaves rustle
Love grows, the wind tumbles
Face to face we are one
But the distance apart weighs a ton
Find me to find yourself
A story told on high shelf
Walk the mile or
Color the tile
Red, White, Blue
Red the equivalent of my love
White the equivalent of a dove
Blue the equivalent of above
My words put into perspective
My images made creative
My tone undeceptive
This is my day
This is my time
Having it wasted
Is all but fine

I love the rhyming. The rhymes weren't the usual rhymes and some were unexpected, but it added rhythm to your poem and I really enjoyed that bit! Keep writing!
