help!!!!!!!! will medal and fan Which court is the federal court of original jurisdiction U.S. District Court State-level criminal court State Supreme Court U.S. Courts of Appeal
@ThatEmoKid66
Okay so Im not allowed to give you the exact answer but Ill push you in that direction until you get it. The question is asking what court has original jurisdiction
What is the highest court system?
i think its A or D
I know that the supreme court has original jurisdiction
yeh but that not one of the choices for some reason
would it be d because its closer to supreme court?
or c ?
Yeah I think that is right. The court of appeals hears the case first which would give them the first(original) jurisdiction over cases. Also that option says "U.S." court of appeals and they are asking for a federal court where the others say "state"
so its c?
Nope you were right before with D
oh ok can u help with another? i can open another if u want
No its all good you can put it here
If the diagram below were to continue past M, what must be added to correctly represent what happens to a bill if it is vetoed?
Two lines proceeding to boxes labeled N and O that are parallel A single line that circles back to boxes A and B at the beginning of the diagram Two lines that circle back to box G in the middle of the diagram A single line proceeding to a single box labeled N
the first thing i post is part of the second part
i think A and C are wrong but im not sure about the other 2 and u can tag people for this this one's hard
do u know some one whos good a civic?
sorry I got a call that I had to take
oh ok thats fine
holy crud what grade is this lol? Its a tricky one
7th
wow im in 11th and the history is easier than this
really ;-;
anyways i think it would maybe go back to A and B
okay so im thinking its B just because if a law is vetoed it is sent back to be revised and has to go all the way back through congress
oh makes sense thx
what would n stand for tho?
N would be passing the law
oh
Im pretty sure... Im more of a science/math girl but if you need anymore help hmu
would coining money be a reserved power?
