I will Medal and Maybe Fan. What is the product in lowest forms -6/11* 3/4 a. -9/2 b. -6/13 c. 9/22 d. 6/13

OpenStudy (emilyisanemoji):

please help?

OpenStudy (cheez):

first, we need to get both denominators (4 & 11) to be the same number. Do 4/4 * -6/11 (-24 / 44) and 11/11 * 3/4 (33/44) now add together -24 and 33. What do you get? (and yes multiplying franctions means you add the numerators when the equation is set {meaning you've made the denominators equal})

OpenStudy (cas_fangirl_14):

\[-\frac{ 9 }{ 22}\]

OpenStudy (cheez):

Cas is right.

OpenStudy (emilyisanemoji):

thank you!
