x = 7 sin t + sin 7t
y = 7 cos t + cos 7t

Just plot values of x and y for several values of t


eg when t = 0

x = 7 sin 0 + sin 7(0) = 0

and

y = 7 cos 0 + cos 0 7 + 1 = 8
