This is the equivalency of active listeners, people who can answer promptly toward the discussion is on topic with the group. When you ask questions you can push your knownledge to a higher level with the understanding from all points and views. And when you what to voice your opinion, its not saing the frequency/ pitch of how you say, but say it as if you know what you are talking about, clearly and with diction. It is also best to remain quite while others are speaking not only for respact but when you listen your are more than capable to hear details behind the meaning of what they said that could be crucial in the near future. However, when ignoring somebody, there has to be a good enough reason. For instance, a rude comment or they are just out-flat off topic in the discussion.
