i wonder what this is...SPEECH D: http://prntscr.com/bdxdw5
A,C,A,D?
This story stuff confuses me
First question- A is correct. The purpose of any speech is to get a message across. Stories help to aid in getting the audience to see and agree with the message.
Ok
For the second question, C, resolution, is correct. When using stories in speeches, be sure to keep them relatively short (there can be some exceptions in length depending on the speech) and always have an ending.
Mhm
For the third, yes, synthesis. We want the audience to focus on the point of the speech as a whole, to be able to make sense and connect the whole speech to one main point.
I'm so surprised these are right
You're also correct on the last one. Stories are supposed to be from your experiences or something that almost all audience members can relate to.
Sorry it took so long to explain, I just wanted to make sure everything was clear. :)
Thanks so much! It's fine you're an amazing helper! (best I've seen on this website tbh)
Thank you! That means a lot. :)
Wait the last one is d right?
Because your explanation makes it sound like c...
It's not C because it specifies just ONE person in the audience. We want ALL people in the audience to relate.
oh ok thanks
You're welcome.
