I have gotten multiple messages, and multiple chats in the chat box from users saying that they are not able to post a question. Every single user is a new user as well. I have explained it to them, and other moderators like @whitemonsterbunny17 has done the same. The problem is the grammarly plugin. If they remove it, the "Ask question" button comes back.

Most likely it is the Grammarly thing.
They installed grammarly and that's why they can't post it.
Just uninstall it and it should work.
