OpenStudy (haleyliemm15):

A bag contains 7 green marbles, 9 red marbles, 10 orange marbles, 5 brown marbles, and 10 blue marbles. You choose a marble, replace it, and choose again. Find P(red, then blue).

OpenStudy (cutegirl1000):

for red it is 9/41 or 22% for blue it is 10/41 or 24%

OpenStudy (cutegirl1000):

do you need red & blue together?

OpenStudy (haleyliemm15):

to get one answer what would you do? To find the total probability? Here are my choices! A.77/164 B.19/41 C.90/1681 D.45/41 @cutegirl1000

OpenStudy (cutegirl1000):

For red it is 9/41 and or blue it is 10/41 so together that is 19/41 so the answer is B. 19/41

OpenStudy (haleyliemm15):

I was thinking that! Are you totally sure? You don't multiply them?

OpenStudy (cutegirl1000):

I am 100% sure don't worry... I just did the same topic yesterday

OpenStudy (haleyliemm15):

Ok will give you medal and best response! Thank you so much!

OpenStudy (cutegirl1000):

Thanks :)
