I've noticed this for a while, but I don't think it was always like this. Will it be fixed soon?

Especially since the chats take up space too and most users have the chats open. Maybe they could fix that? Especially with the Code of Conduct, Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy links. Those are pretty important for users to see.
