So, step 1:

an=a1 + (n -1)d

Since they ask us to find three means in between -32 and 32, we can assume that n = 5

Step 2

32 = -32 + (5 - 1)d

Step 3

Solve for d

d = 0?

But then, how..? I get lost from here.
