You have a very good start to your planning for your argument. Your claim will not include reasons - it will just state your position. The reasons will be supported by facts/evidences from authoritative sources. You won't include opinions - not your own or those of others as part of reasons or as part of your supporting evidences. Your argument will be strong because it will be based upon facts! The rebuttal will be another reason for your claim - but directed at the counter claim.

With just a bit of revision/editing, this will be really wonderful!
