Look, I am really stuck and need help please help me. the answer for #13 is 390.00 and #14 is 4.68 are these right

For #13, I'm getting 390 as well

(14*300+5*400+11*500)/(14+5+11) = 390

nice work

however for #14, I'm getting a slightly different answer

I = P*r*t
I = 390*0.146*(1/12)
I = 4.745

which rounds to 4.75

so the finance charge is $4.75
