This is what i have can it be better? and can you help me fill it out a little

You and your sibling, whose name is Timmy, go to your favorite store called Walmart. There, Timmy finds a toy to buy, called a Super Man Action Figure!. He really wants this toy. The toy is labeled $3.99, and so (he or she) brings it to the cashier. The cashier tells your sibling, “That will be $4.19.” Your sibling removes four dollar bills from a pocket and then, finding no more money, starts to cry. (He or She) turns to you and begins asking questions as you as you walk away from the counter.
“Why was the label wrong? It said $3.99!”Your respond, “It rang up as $4.19 because of Taxes. These are Taxes. We pay other types of Taxes to government such as Food Taxes.“Why do we pay them? It seems so unfair! Now I can’t have my toy!”You respond, “We pay them because The Government Helps pay for our state. Governments at each level provide Jobs such as Janitorial. It helps the economy because Without them it would get very unsanitary.“It doesn’t help me. I shouldn’t have to pay. I’m just a kid.”You respond, “Even kids benefit. One specific example is Health care. A way that our family benefits is how We Make Money. A way that our community benefits is how our police handle crime.“How was I supposed to know all this? I don’t have 19 cents. What do I do now?”You respond, “What you should do is create your own budget. A budget is A way of making sure you do not spend to much. A budget is a plan that helps you keep track of the money you recieve and you spend, allowing you to keep track without overspending. It lists all your expenses and the amount of money you can actually spend. When you subtract the income from what you spent, what is left can be a debt ,surplus, or it could be deficit . The reason having a deficit is bad is because you spend more money then you have earned, which causes a debt.

“They have similarities and differences. Some similarities include that you have to keep track of your income and expenses . Some differences are that the categories in you budget might not be the same and where you get the money will be different .
