If one can relate @Atsie

Atsie (atsie):

Ana, I totally understand what your going through. Sometimes our creativity in certain circumstances such as stress and sadness tends to run to the high road and gets rusty and we lost any hope we ever had and any ambition we ever had to even write again. One way to possibly help overcome this is simply to not write at all for a long long time. Maybe like a month or something. For every situation and circumstance you go through, you have to trade one variable of life in for another in order to handle the dish you've been given to eat. Being stressed out is a normal aspect of life and sometimes we are to overwhelmed with that stress to make room for anything else that we give up. Soo.....give up then! Don't bother for a while. Allow yourself a break and don't force something positive to come out because if you do....in reality its gonna sound like crap and your gonna hate yourself even more. After you've taken a break and you feel ready to dive back into writing, allow yourself to take in life around you a bit more. Sights, sounds, and every other thing in town! (it even rhymes if you wanna remind yourself of it! c: ) Allow newer things to format themselves into your mind and wove them naturally into your writing and express a different tone than what you last had. Write specifically about your comeback into life and make that a wonderful theme that others can understand and learn from. Basically its all about going slow, taking your time, and falling, and getting back up time after time. Don't be discouraged, but rather be encouraged by the fact that this is not abnormal and that you merely need some time and space to make you ultimately whole and new again. You can do it beautiful! Don't fret, you'll heal and be able to start over again in due time <3<3

Thanks, I want to pick my relationship up, and put it together like a puzzle.

Atsie (atsie):

You can do it, I know you can. I mean......if I did.....I think you can. @Anaise Trust me, I get it.

Whenever i feel depressed i take a little break from work(1-2hours) and then i think about what i am really supposed to do. I think about my aims and then i put everything else aside. I start working towards achieving my goals and time heals everything else. There are a lot of stuff that i want to write about but i am on mobile rn so its difficult to type it all down
