What is most significant about this quote by Raphael Lemkin? Raphael Lemkin’s definition was the accepted version out of many. Raphael Lemkin’s definition was not accepted until after the Holocaust. Raphael Lemkin spoke these words on his death bed. Raphael Lemkin spoke these words to the United Nations in 1945.
