so L*w*h = 140, but we don't know L*w*h

let's scale everything up by 2:
V' = 2*L * 2*w * 2*h

And group like this:
V' = 2*2*2 * L*w*h

it said scale by to so 140x2=280

And scale by 2 usually means each dimension goes up by 2. But I could be wrong here.
