The Candle:
A candle glows in the night,
it got rid of our fear,
It got rid of our fright,
It made us feel safe but
it didn't keep us warm,
guess that's not what candles 
       were built for;
huddled close to each other,
we would tell our dreams to 
          one another,
you were like no other,
      my dear brother;
but like all the  other candles 
       It burned out,
leaving me alone in this dark cold world.
