OpenStudy (jjuden):

\[(2n^2+13n-7)\div(2n-7) \]

OpenStudy (sylph):

Can my metal be Tungsten?

OpenStudy (sylph):

Are you trying to simplify this equation?

OpenStudy (big_mike_lifting):

If you're trying to simplify the equation, your answer is (2n-1)(n+7) / 2n-7

OpenStudy (sylph):

Don't give direct answers.

OpenStudy (sylph):

How did you reach that answer? You're supposed to help her, not do it for her.

OpenStudy (big_mike_lifting):

Well, when I don't understand an equation, I prefer to receive the answer, and then solve it backwards to see how it's done.

OpenStudy (sylph):

That's not how OpenStudy works. :)

OpenStudy (jjuden):

i got it thank you all

OpenStudy (er.mohd.amir):

i think u check Q again?

OpenStudy (big_mike_lifting):

Basically, it's easier to simply if you place the upper portion of a division equation, on top of the other, and then combine the like terms where you can.

OpenStudy (jjuden):

i had to divide not simplify

OpenStudy (big_mike_lifting):

Oh, my apologies then, you're instructions weren't clear. What was your answer for the division?

OpenStudy (er.mohd.amir):
