Use the synthetic division or long division to identify ONE zero of the function.

This is the same as the previous problem. Did you try synthetic division with x-1,x+1,x-2, x+2,x-11,x+11?
Two of these will give a remainder of zero, and hence a zero. Out of the four zeroes, two are complex, so you won't find it directly with synthetic division.
