Well, if we know that a pronoun is a word that substitutes for a noun or noun phrase and that we also know that a noun resembles a person, place, or thing then we can diverse between "WHOM" and WHO."
Also, reading the sentence out loud really helps a ton as well. I think A is your best bet! :) Good job! ^.^

agreed @Atsie  if you know what who and whom mean and their differences then you should be able to know which word fits in the box also like Atsie said try reading it out loud because 99% of the time that will help
