Can someone tell how to calculate these? I know how to do the programming part, but the math part is a bit confusing.

State sales tax = monthly sales * 0.04
County sales tax = monthly sales + 0.02

Add these 2 to get total sales tax.

Turns out county sales tax was supposed to be monthly sales x 0.02 : )
