i'm having a hard time paying attention while reading for history. i have ad/hd and autism, but that shouldn't matter because 1) i'm on medication for the ad/hd, and 2) i'm interested in history so i should be able to pay attention. anybody have any tips to increase my attention span, or any resources for special ed students?

It usually helps me if I play movie soundtracks while I'm studying, as they use specific songs in movies as to not distract the audience. That way, you have some background noise going on, but it doesn't distract you as easily as other music would.
