Put some chill af music in the backround. I'd say just toss on your playlist, but skip past your favorite times.
Read the information and try to relate it to everyday life, that's extremely helpful.
Take a break every 40 minutes to an hour, 5 minutes will assist you in keeping your attention span up.

You might think that studying whole day is very boring and tough but just give it a try and after few days you'll make it a habit
step 1- get away from all distractions and start studying
Step 2- practice a lot of questions and make short notes
Step 2 is very important.

find out what concepts you don't know, if you can't get a problem after the first two tries or so it's best to ask someone. focus more on what concepts you don't know. also try to review old material too occasionally.
