Why is it that when I try to scroll all the way down on Open/Closed/Answered/Asked questions, it won't allow me to do so? All it does is buffer or say that there aren't any more posts.

Sometimes you might need to wait a little longer. If it doesn't work try looking through a mobile device it works alot more faster. But waiting should do the trick.
