OpenStudy (tcaineee):

La calle está llena de agua por __________. el tornado la tormenta la inundación el granizo

OpenStudy (i<3u):

What is your answer? Also, do you know what the questions/answer choices mean?

OpenStudy (one098):

La calle está llena de agua por __________. "The street is full of water because of ________." el tornado - the tornado la tormenta - the storm la inundación - the flood el granizo - the hail

OpenStudy (elisaneedshelp):

Google translate helps

OpenStudy (one098):

If by "Google Translate" you mean my knowledge, then yes, it does help.

OpenStudy (elisaneedshelp):

Please close this question. :)

OpenStudy (elisaneedshelp):

Using google translate they wouldn't even have to be here :P

OpenStudy (elisaneedshelp):

No hard feelies

OpenStudy (i<3u):

Google Translate is the worst translator out there. Sentences are not translated correctly. I know from experience.

OpenStudy (elisaneedshelp):

Yeah but it's managable and saves time. There is also yandex translater, and the iTranslate app rather than sitting on here and waiting lol

OpenStudy (i<3u):

The user doesnt seem to be in a rush to have this question answered. He/She hasnt come online yet. If I do say so myself, I would rather have a correct translation than an incorrect translation.

OpenStudy (mjdennis):

A bit slower, but way more accurate, would be http://www.wordreference.com/ And @One098 , two things: Maybe @ElisaNeedsHelp was telling the _questioner_ that Google translate would help him/her, not you. This space if for us to help the questioner, not argue about knowledge of the helpers. Which leads to the second point: although you didn't directly give out the answer, it is better to lead someone slowly, rather than hand out a whole translation at once.

OpenStudy (mjdennis):

@One098, My boss used to say "It only takes one 'Oops' to cancel out a thousand 'Atta boys'". Maybe your are the Mother Theresa of Open Study, but it didn't show up in your handling of this question. I gave you a constructive criticism; take it or leave it.

OpenStudy (ilovemysister1):

it is the flood @tcaineee

OpenStudy (elisaneedshelp):

I'm just saying, don't encourage yourselves to put such simple questions on here when you can easily find out yourself because the translators aren't even that bad for this lol. ^ -^ end of discussion, I'm still glad to help though. :)
