A random sample of 150 students is chosen from a population of 5,000 students. If the mean IQ in the sample is 110 with a standard deviation of 10, what is the 95% confidence interval for the students' mean IQ score? 100−120 107.9−112.1 108.4−111.6 108.66−111.34

@agent0smith @hartnn @welshfella

OpenStudy (agent0smith):

Know the formula for confidence interval?

OpenStudy (kimberly_pr):

Hmmm, I don't think so

OpenStudy (kimberly_pr):

Can you help me with another question?

OpenStudy (kimberly_pr):

What are the amplitude and midline? Amplitude: 1; midline: y = 1 Amplitude: 2; midline: y = 1 Amplitude: 2; midline: y = 2 Amplitude: 2; midline: y = 0

OpenStudy (agent0smith):

lol that's a completely diff question Midline = the line that goes through the middle, horizontally. Find where it's located. Amplitude is half the distance from the top of the function to the bottom.

OpenStudy (kimberly_pr):

Got it, thanks :)
