do you know the similaritie cases of triangles ? so think please how can using these in case of two circles ?

triangles are sides and angles so circles are radius and circumference and diameter and how you think it please ?

If you can translate the center of one circle to the center of the other, and then dilate one to have the same radius as the other, would that not be a proof that they are similar?
