I am a mere small user out of the millions that there are on OS, and it shouldn't be a surprise if this gets ignored but I'll say it anyhow.
The Brainly and OpenStudy thing.

Ya'll really need to look at this whole thing from a different perspective.
Preetha the owner and CEO of OpenStudy has made a decision to join forces with Brainly for her own reasons. She may very well have a plan in her mind that WE do not know about in concordance with the decision she's made and guess what? Thats for her to know, and for us to find out.
There is beginning to be to many speculations and rumors flying out of the chicken coop, and I think we need to tame it a bit.
We need to take everything has it comes for what it really is and look at the advantage. Brainly is a different site compared to OS, but still wonderful in what it does. Why is it wonderful? Because it has the SAME goal that OS does. That being to BETTER the future of everybody's education and welfare. This is what matters most and this is what will always matter most, so I think that we all should stop ourselves short and remind ourselves that whatever happens, the end result will still be worthwhile no matter what.
Hear me out or not, I don't think rumors and negativity make the overall goal. Positivity for our educations and our lives does.

Lets think down the line.. brainly and os are fairly similar. They both are studying sites but when happens when they realize that there is no need for two sites. Hmmm yes one gets shut down and i bet you brainly will be the one that will stay up.. hint hint bc its the one they created.

You can deny it all you want but its a pretty logical possibility. Pretty sad though.

The reason why so many are mad about this "exciting news" is because we actually cared about the site. We can only keep positive thoughts for so long until we come to realize the bigs risks that ARE INDEED THERE. like umm os being rip? lets come to reality please.

Oh and another thing the mess that was created still hasnt been cleaned up. Many people that worked very hard for there smartscore are still below. Many of which are coming on less and less, some of the best helpers actually. But looks like the issue will be handed off to someone else :) yay go brainly!!
