It's not clear to me, but perhaps to you from the context. Does the question want you to assemble the pieces. I think the question wants you to express in radical form the following: \(\Large 1\times x^{\frac {6}{3}}\) although I am not sure if my interpretation is correct. Also note that as an example of simplifying radicales, \(\Large b^{\frac{8}{6}}=b^{\frac{4}{3}}=\sqrt[3]{b^4}\)
