Given the numbers 2,5,7,8,9,10,11,12,12,13,15,16,17,18,19. Find the percentile rank of the number 11 the answer I had was wrong, it wasn't 46.66% that's not it

it helps a little I don't know what number to plug in for the formula, it says to get the percentile rank for 11
